Nov 16, 17. Must pre-qualify. MN Valley National Wildlife Refuge in the Louisville Swamp unit. Shotgun or lower. The hunt is on Middle Road west of the Louisville Boulder. Five blinds, two days, ten hunters. Must have an able-bodied helper.
